Question About Moving Service but Would like to Overlap Addresses

I'm looking to move to a new address soon but there will be a few weeks when I'll need service at both the new and old address.  Is this something that can be done?  I know I'd need to pay for the time both addresses were connected.

Overlapping for a few weeks most likely would not be possible. We would love to further assist you with this and see what options we do have. I have this exact situation but how do I get invovled now? Do I have to private mssage Amira?? I don't even know if this person is still with Comcast or not but.. I find it incredible that I could not figure out how to talk to a real person through all this. I tried bots but they say they are going to connect to a live person but that was yesterday.

I'm going to start private messaging people from these old posts and see if one answers back.
