I need Proof of outage letter for work from my outage today from 12:06PM to 12:57PM. I need a service provider letter that states I had the downtime.
How can I get this? The text message will not suffice.

The text message, our My Account app, or the website https://comca.st/3qEzIEM can all verify an interruption for work. Otherwise, we do not have any documentation to provide to your company such as a letter. I do apologize for any inconvenience.
