Promised Payment

I have been a customer for right around a year. Always made payments (due to the rona , sometimes a little late I do admit but none the less, paid) and I have one of the most expensive packages. For some reason my payment wasnt taken out at time I posted to make it for February and now I have no service. I did make a payment today with the promise of another next Friday the 19th after fighting with the stupid automated system for over an hour. The Agent made the arrangement and sent me back into the automated world to confirm only to be directed that I must once again make a payment to restore service. To say I'm a little upset would be misunderstood.
