Price Gouging

I find it convenient that now that everyone is having to work from home, do school work from home, and are quarantined and more likely to use the internet, that your company has decided to start charging for data usage. I find it despicable and if l hasd another viable option l would close my account and encourage everyone l know to do the same. But, l guess that's why your company has decided to make the change, because they know most people do not have another viable option. God Bless your monopoly. I am sure you have no trouble sleeping at night knowing you are making an already financial burden even worse for hard working Americans.

I’ve noticed a curious spike in data usage per Xfinity.  I’ve NEVER gone over my 1TB and for that matter over 800 GB’s and with one week left in my March cycle I’m over and no changes on my end?  They now tell me to do the unlimited at an extra charge per month?  I can tell a number of other stories where the fix is more money per month for Xfinity.  I talked to three different managers today and basically they don’t care if Direct/AT&T is less money and are perfectly fine letting customers leave.  Price gouging at its finest.  People need to take note!!
