Poor customer service

ive been told i was behind two months on payments which is not true ive paid every month since my service started plus on top of that the first two months our service didnt work had to have multiple agents come to fix it. Then on the so called missed bills i just paid a hundred something on an talked to customer support to give me until the 13th to pay the remainder so they agreed and said they wouldn't shut my service off but did anyways thats a bunch of bull
