Poor Xfinity Installation

My daughter just had Xfinity installed. I went over to see how things were going. What I saw was unbelievable. The installer drilled a hole in the frame of the basement window ran the cable through it and routed it through another window which he could not close. Unbelievable. When I asked him how the window would close and keep the basement from freezing he gave me an upset look. I told him to route it professionally. He then drilled a hole through the site of the house to route the wire. He did not caulk around the hole he made. Also the wire he ran comes up from the lawn about 12" from the side of the house. How are the lawn cutters supposed to cut the grass. YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP. I HAVE PICTURES. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO GET THEM TO FIX THINGS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
