What the heck is wrong with you people! Two days ago you said we had to call and request a box to be sent to us to return 3 pods to have them exchanged for the newer generation since the older ones are not helping our coverage at all. So we call and spend 10 minutes to get through your dumb automated phone system and then waited another 30 minutes in hold. Then that person said you just have to go to the return page on Xfinity. So we hung up and went to that page only to find out there is no selection for the pods! What the heck! Please tell us the truth!

Our Xfinity Pods have thier own site specifically for a return or exchange. Here is a link that will take you to that site.
