Please bury my orange cable

Had service installed July 15th and cable is still running across my front lawn, over my 2+ car wide driveway and up the side of my property to the box. Was told by the tech that a crew would be out in 1-2 weeks. Called today and was 1st told that the company is on lockdown do you Covid19 and no appointments are being scheduled, then after awhile on the phone I was told that they’re still waiting on permits. Not very happy, this is a safety issue and this cable needs to be buried- sending informal complaint to the FCC
