Please bury my drop

It's been a little over a month and I still have a long orange cable running from my neighbors yard to my house that needs to be buried. Any idea how long it takes to get buried i thought i was told like 14 days and its been way longer than that.

Hello @drdre74, thanks for reaching out to us on our Forums page. We appreciate you being a Comcast customer and we definitely want to assist you with getting this line buried as soon as possible. I'm sorry the line has not been buried yet, and I can imagine how much of an eyesore it must be to look at. We would be delighted to submit a request to have someone come out and successfully bury this line.
