I just renew my Internet plan. However, I have question about the plan as it is not aligned with the amount which the agent - Mahesh said. I receive the bill today and find it is far more expensive than what he said. I would like to chat with agency. Unfortunately, I am not able to chat via Xfinity chat room!!!!!!!!!! I am so frustrated now!!!!

If the changes were made close to or after your most recent bill cycled out, then the changes would not reflect until your next month's billing cycle.
