Plan expired internet only, no call back from supervisor 20 year customer!
My plan expired My 1 year plan was coming up so 2 weeks before it ended I called the customer seervice and was connected to the customer loyality department. I just wanted a new plan and hoping for a speed increase maybe for a good customer (20 years). Been paying a fair rate, however the agent offered a sllight speed increase (from 175 to 200 mb) but wanted to charge me $20 extra! We could not work it out so he agreed to have a supervisor call me back...probably Monday as it was a Friday. Well been 2 weeks and I have not received a call or a decent plan offer, my bill went uplike 40% !! Can someone please help me with this>>??? Thank You JOHN
