I am unable to see any plan options to change my service to. The site keeps sending me to Contact Us when I go to the plan options page. I had a 30 minute chat session last night and a 25 minute call today and can not seems to get the agents to understand what I am looking for. This is very frustrating and wish there were Agents we can speak with that do not have a language barrier. Horrible experience, and still have not gotten anywhere.
Welcome to Comcast... Same here. I had a 2 yr contract, now trying to find out what "plan" I can get. I have not seen a number to call the past few weeks while checking on my service.
In my years with Comcast, you can get a "deal" but never see "current customer deals". Anything on the Comcast site is for NEW customers, you must now somehow contact them to have them tell you what current customers offer. I guess they want you to TWEET. Their CHAT is only to a computer program.

Yeah tried that and spent too much time trying to comminicate with their agents... I guess the only option with dealing with this company is to go to a store. Or just cancel service with them all together.
