I truly apologize for the frustration the interruption has caused. You can view the most up to date information for when services will be resolved by logging into the Xfinity My Account app, keep in mind that it is just an estimate. Our amazing technicians are working as quickly as they can to restore services, however if there is a power issue affecting one of the nodes that provide service to your immediate area there can be additional delays. You can also set up text notifications through the app to be notified when services have been restored.
There is no status available in the Status Center; moreover, if you are experiencing an outage Comcast will block you from talking to a person via chat or phone. I've only been successful in contacting a person via Twitter but they have no information either. I'm on day 3 of an outage with no information.
