Comcast cable was installed 1,600ft from our house last month. I was told by a Comcast agent after the line was surveyed to send a check to Norcross GA (for 5 figures) and we would have cable within 90 days. I sent a check to the specified person at the specified address two weeks ago. The check has not cleared my bank and I have heard nothing from Comcast. When I call costumer support they seem to not be able to help. How do I verify they received the check and the process has started?
