Paying for YEARS for services never received.
I had upgraded my package to include Netflix and Xfinity voice / DVR / smart remote (?). I never received the equipment originally, they took months to send the SAME box I already had. Then I am watching commercials and I think, “I’m pretty sure I should have that” I checked my plan and sure enough, I should do I call and complain about paying for a service I never received AND that my Netflix was raised to $12.99 which I couldn’t use because they NEVER sent the right equipment. Then they charge my for an extra box that I have to return because of Corona virus and I couldn’t because I am immune compromised. My bill was for over almost $200 for basically almost basic cable and internet for YEARS! They said I would be prorated and I never was or reimbursed for them constantly making mistakes. I took pictures of the device page on my account to show that I never received the product I had been paying for for years. At this point I want to cancel my tv and voice, but I can’t get anyone to help and they keep trying to up sell me and trap me in another contract when they FAILED to honor the first one after given multiple opportunities. This needs to be resolved immediately.
