Packages/Upgrades - Do any of your employees actually know anything?
Everytime I call I get a new employee who gives me a different answer. You have a package listed for AMC+ which includes IFC and Sundance for $4.99+tx but no one knows what it is, how it works, which channels are included. I live in a condo complex and I have neighbors who have these channels but no one seems to be able to solve this issue for me. Your online help is terrible also. Your employees are mostly pleasant but all the Please and Thank Yous do not fix my problem. I'm aware how attractive cheap, overseas labor is to the corporate heads but you don't even bother to train them properly. I want to speak to someone who actually knows SOMETHING!
