Pace RNG150N P2 box has outdated user interface

Hi, I just recieved a X1 replacement box model number Pace RNG150N P2 which is replacing one of my XG2 box's. I requested the latest X1 box 2 times now and I keep recieving the P2 box's which are not compatable to my current system. X1 menu does not show up after install. Not sure what software it uses, it presents with a 480p old fashion menu not the  updated X1 menu I have had for years.
