Overdue Bill notification

Overdue Bill notification

I recieved a bill this month that had an overdue status on it, I was never notified that last months bill had not been paid. I can find no way withing the website to setup overdue billing notifications?

Your billing statement has a due date - do you look at your statements?  Are you set up for autopay?  If so, did your payment method expire?
