New internet and TV account. Chose self-install. No joy. Xfinity Tech came out and discovered line to our house had been cut, inside the locked comm box!
Tech was not equipped to perform that specific repair. Stated that the repair would be performed the next day. It was not. We work (or attend college) from home. Lack of internet cannot be!
I have been unable to find any kind of support number for the department at Xfinity to whom I can speak to at least get a temporary line attached, if they can't fix the ING round line right away.
