How do we get Comcast to come out to check thier outside plant infrastructure? Speaking with service reps on the phone does not solve the problem. This is not an inside issue in my home. Speaking with neighbors on my street, everyone has been having the same pixelation/signal issue over the past two days and there is no direct repsonse from Comcast. I have multiple TV's and the pixelation/blank screens are impossible to watch. This also affects internet service as well. I emailed ecare as o see what their response is. This same issue happened on a previous occasion and it tooks weeks before and a crew was finally sent out to investigate. and fix the problem I have recorded the pixelation/signal issueon my phone, so the problem can be viewed. Why is it so difficult to get help with outside plant issues?
