Twoce this week my services have gone down without notifications. I have lost work on my computer that I spent hours on only to lose everything. This has been a problem since I got the service in 2019. The customer service number leads to a machine that is of no help and refuses to connect me to an agent, ultimately hanging up on me every time.

What am I paying for? I've lost countless hours on online work for the military due to this shoddy service. If these issues do not get resolved I am canceling the service and will recommend no one ever associate with comcast or xfinity.
