Hi, Courtney4. We hope you and your loved ones are safe and OK after all of the severe weather that took place there in Texas. We really appreciate your patience and bearing through the downtime with your service. Have your services since been restored, hopefully? Are you back up and running? If so, we would be happy to proceed with adjusting the bill. If not, we typically prefer to wait until everything has been restored; that way we can make sure your bill adjustment covers the full length of time.
