Outage Update
Can I get an update on the internet outage in the Hiram, GA area? We lost service 2 days ago from a storm. Your online status update said we would regain service at 6:02pm yesterday. We have surpassed that deadline by over 24 hours and service is still out. Now the status just says service will be us as soon as possible. I would like more details, and your website has no information about how to connect with a live agent. Please tell me specifically when my family can expect service to resume. Thank you.
