When will we get an actual update on service for Atlanta/Buckhed (30342)? We lost service yesterday morning (10/29) due to storms. The service status indicated service would be restored at 6:02pm last night. That time passed, and no service. The status update changed to only say that engineers are working on it. I have tried many channels to get some indication, but can't connect with an actual person. We work out of our home and have two kids on virtual learning with no Internet. We have been able to use our mobile hotspots for limited connectivity, but I am going to run out over my plan. In other words, I get to pay for Xfinity service that isn't working and I get to pay Verizon for extra data.
