Outage Due to Texas Weather

Good afternoon, 

We've been notified by neighbors who are fellow xfinity users that they have applied to receive a credit due to the internet outage we experienced on 2/15 through 2/17 due to the winter storm in Katy, TX. We were without electricity for over 30 hours and had limited access to water.
