Ordered new xFi pod a week back but no one can tell me when it’s shipping

Hi all, I ordered one of the new generation of xFi pods over a week ago, I received a confirmation of receipt of the order immediately, but no estimate on delivery or any means to track. I had a long, polite, but ultimately unsatisfying conversation 36 hours ago with one of the live chat reps where they could only tell me it has not shipped and they have no way of knowing when it will. Then they disconnected the chat.

I am managing online events for the University of Virginia from home and I am trying to upgrade an aspect of my home network (at my own expense) to accommodate our increased work load. Can anyone here: 1) help? 2) expedite the order? 3) at least give me an idea of what the delay is and when I might expect the pod to be delivered?

Per customer support, they are on back order due to high demand so long shipping delays. I ordered 2 on 10/16 and received 1 on 11/2 waiting for other one.
