Order not received

I ordered 2 extender pods through the local Xfinity store on January 8th. I was told that the delivery date would be 3-5 business days. It’s been 3 weeks and no pods. This is far beyond a reasonable timeframe, and no one can even tell me if the order has been processed - what can I do?
