Orange Cable - Still not buried

We had a orange cable put down after a neighbor damaged our internet line. It has been at least a year and no one has come to bury it. We called customer support and they sent a technician, but he is not the one that buries the cables. They closed the job and no one has ever come back to bury it. It is stretched across our yard and we are afraid it will get cut when trying to mow/weed this area of the lawn.


A response from Comcast would be very much appreciated. Customer for over 25 years.

Hi bdris123, let's get a tech set up to get the cable buried for you so that you don't have to go another week with it exposed.
