Online says service is unavailable..can I schedule a tech visit to the new address to make it availa

 My new address is not available in the system. Is there a way to add it? I was on chat with a few agents, the one I just got done with set up a technician visit but it is not to the correct address even though I gave it to them. Can a tech guy come to the new address and add it into the system?
