I'm very upset, there has been a service interruption since Wednesday, in my community when comcast supposedly were to make updates in the neighborhood, which already was bad because people like me who work a temp job or any job at home, you will cause me to lose today because I can't Access the link to advise of the ongoing issue. My personal data limit has been reached. This is a temporary job and knowing people are remote you don't even troubleshoot or have techs on stand by. Two female agents said they would be in my area at 3 today,the other girl 1am to 3... That's not even this a.m like she said. It's not even just me it's a neighbor next door and I'm guessing my building but the status map shows that everything is okay at my address, but it isn't and the zip code I'm in has a different part with the outage, but it's not just <BR />them its us too and unacceptable. <BR /><BR />Nothing was wrong with the service and the moment they came in this area all it did was mess up. Saturday was the only day while I was home and when I did watch tv or on the wifi that it was fine. Now, your agents lied about service in the neighborhood yesterday and then said 1 to 3am but that wasn't tonight that's tomorrow night. Then, was supposed to give me proof for my job and it never happened. I don't even think it's going to help at this point. You know. Comcast ruins lives, it doesn't improve them. Knowing the impacts and the one day they stated the issue was resolved Wednesday, it wasn't so they lied and was back out Thursday and Friday, no mention and I strongly feel they botched it reported it fine and have been trying to fix the mess up and labeled it routine maintenance, in all the years I never seen this. Now, I'm guessing a guy was from comcast that came out Tuesday around 530 to 6pm in a mustang looking car and a green vest with a female in the vehicle looking for the pole. He came in our complex and spoke with his hard hat on took some pics and the girl asked which one. He said he didn't know just take a pic of anyone of the poles.
That night I got a text to my phone about service interruptions. Now, I'm guessing that was them doing more than that because it's down I do have pictures. You all should have been ready to come out if something happened because sorry doesn't cut when you jeopardize my job. When my contract is up, I'm done with you all, it's very ridiculous and the fact that I googled the online light not coming on and blinks every few hours says it's a disconnect between the hard line and my net. Again, not even showing for my household or my neighbor next door that there is an issue, it just says your gateway maybe offline. You all need to get someone out immediately and report it correctly for my building because your system is not even recognizing my address is down. There always was a worker that climbed on our roofs where the connections get set up at and he was there for no more than an hour, Friday, right outside my kitchen window and this is after they reported Wednesday that all was fixed. I'm not waiting for routine Maintenance when they don't even know our building has an issue. I have pictures and I have a video of this box that's a few months old, worked perfectly until comcast and it's contractors came in our community. Just because this is a low income community, you don't get to treat us like trash and then come when you want when you caused a major issue. I've called several times yesterday. I want a sup call scheduled.
