It has been about a month since I've had Comcast come out to connect me. I had one guy come out to connect me and told me in a week someone will be out to bury the cable (drop). After 2 weeks with not burial I randomly hailed down a comcast tech driving through my neighborhood. He was actually there looking for my home to connect me. So they MESSED up the communication there. After I told this second guy that I'm already hooked up, I told him that they need to bury the cable. Not only did the first guy not put a protective box on my home, Its possible he never put in the order to have a crew come out to bury the drop cable. So the second guy took pictures and notes down and also installed the box on the side of my house (that the first guy DIDN'T DO) and I believe the second guy put in a request to have my cable buried. Well Its going on another month and the cable is still not buried. I need to be reassured that the company will come out to handle this drop cable ASAP.
