I don't think there's a way to actually talk to an agent ! I wanted to add voice service but need to discuss what equipment is needed and / or changed . I went in circles with the phone system. No agents through phone or chat . I understand everything is difficult during the pandemic but xfinity is a large enough company charging us enough for service to still have agents available to actually talk to !
Did you ever actually get to someone ? I give up for foday. I need to know about voice equipment so tomorrow I'm going to try getting hrough internet tech support and see if anyone answers . My landline is Verizon and they're stopping maintenance of copper wire lines next month. If Comcast doesn't want me to add voice service I can easily port my number to a wireless phone. Absurd that a huge corporation has no way for customer contact !
