I am a new customer and got xfinity on the 26th. A tech came out on the 27th and said we need a drop bury. He put a request in. He never installed a temporary line or even told us that comcast can give us a temporary line. There have been no updates on locating, marking, scheduling or anything. We called the permit office and of the area we live in and no one has submitted and utility marking requests from comcast for our house. We are ready to cancel because so far we have paid 20 dollars down and owe 40 more in a week and we havent had any service or and customer service on when it might be done.. can anyone help me or give me insight on why there has been no movement on this ?
