No shipping tracking email

I signed up for new service with a customer service rep on 11/6. He told me that my equipment should be delivered within 3-5 business days. I got my order confirmation email that same day. I have not received a shipping/tracking email for my self install kit. How long will I need to wait for my equipment?? Or the shipping/tracking email??
