Newly Constructed Home

I just purchased a newly constructed home in a neighborhood with xfinity service already here. I can pull up my neighbors WiFi and a xfinitywifi but when I search my address, it doesn’t show up. I called and a ticket was put in to check serviceability but I haven’t heard anything from anyone. Also, it took making 4 phone calls To xfiniry before I was able to get someone on the line who understood what I was needing to do. Any help I can get here will be greatly appreciated!
