New underground cable line request was put in August 2nd. It is now 9/13 with no updates nothing done besides gas/power lines marked. Service is pretty much useless at this point as it drops out every few minutes. Please note I have had this issue for several months until they finally sent a tech out that determinted the line outside is bad and needs to be replaced. Could someone from Comcast please help on this matter? I am to the point of cancelling my service.
