New construction

Hello I am from Modesto CA. I have a huge piece of land that required underground work. I have gotten electric and gas approved but i can not move on to do the underground project without either internet or phone. I have been trying to contact Comcast since March to get my underground going and nothing. I have left multiple voicemails. I’m getting delayed to the point that the homes will be done but no underground at all. No electric water or gas because Comcast can’t answer voicemail. What can I do it’s been months.

Hi Yennynguyen. Welcome to the Xfinity Forums and thank you for posting. I can assist with submitting a Serviceability ticket to check on the status of your new construction home serviceability. This will allow us to properly determine if we are able to offer service to your new location, and hopefully an estimated date for such.
