I have been trying to get xfinity at my new home for 3 weeks now. I was told that lines still need to be connected from the road to my home, but nobody is able to give me a time frame for how long this usually takes. I have talked with 5 or 6 different customer service reps and no one has been able to help me. Our local Comcast store is temporarily closed, so I can’t speak with anyone there. A ticket was opened on 8/3 and I have been told several times that I would be contacted with a status update but I have not heard from anyone.
