New construction issues
I'm building a new house that has a comcast line running on my road. I first inquired about getting set up back in February(5 months ago). At first, they showed my address was no servicable but after pressing them they confirmed they could set me up. I've been emailing a customer service rep for several months for updates and each time he states that he is still waiting on the construction department to get back with him. I'm 1 month away from moving in and need to get this figured out. I run my business out of my house and work from home. Comcast is the only high speed option in my area. My ticket# is 1744909. I need answers quick, thanks

Quick answer: Until you close on the house you won't be able to get service.

I've owned the land for years. Nothing to close on.

Owning the land and owning the house are two different things. Will there be a mortgage on your house or are you paying for the construction out of pocket? If there is going to be a mortgage you will need to wait until you close.

Hello timroach21, the information that (Again) shared is correct. You wouldn't be able to sign up for service if there's no home address fir the land. But if you'd like to check to be sure please please send me a private message with your full name and street address by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then click "Send a message".
