I need an answer from a Comcast agent who can look at my bill, not from another user making a guess. Why do I have a $5.00 TV Box & Remote charge this month when I didn't have it for my first 10 months at my new address.
BTW this is the stupidest idea I ever heard of for getting a billing question answered. It's not that hard to let agents work from home. Comcast has been consistently rated among the worst companies for customer service and one of the most hated companies. Apparently Tom Karinshak is trying to keep that reputation intact.
