New account opening invalid

I made an appointment for the installation service on April 5th, but I have never seen the staff service, and I have not been notified of the reason or change the time. Now the child needs to use the network to learn, but it has been delayed and the customer service cannot be reached , Every time I just go to the robot to reply, can someone please answer it for me?
