New User/Account Activation

I just recently signed up and set an appointment time for someone to come out to my house in the morning to set up my tv and internet. However, I am still waiting for my account to be set up and I have no way of knowing if my appointment is still scheduled or not. Will I still be able to get serviced if my account is not “active” yet?
