New Service
We have been scheduled for new service since December. The service is new to our area and the lines are not complete. We had a tech out at the first of February and they said there was nothing they could do because the wires were not complete. We have another appointment for March 2nd but the wires are still not complete. We have called several times to try to figure out how to get the wires completed but we cannot make the customer service people understand that the wires are not complete and we need more than a tech. Is there anyway to reach someone that can help get the wires complete?
