My family and I moved into our new house on 08/01/2020. I setup to have Xfinity internet installed at our new address on 08/09/2020. Someone from Xfinity came to the house and submitted a ticket stating the house is under construction (ticket #1901885). I have called several times and the only response is that your house is under construction and there is no approximate time your service will be installed. Can someone please help getting our service installed.
