Just signed up for TV & Internet service. Original request only had 1 TV... told agent that I wanted set up for 2 TV boxes. He said he'd make the change. Just got billing info summary and it only has 1 box for $109; agent told me it would be about $115 with 2nd TV box. I said OK... but it's not showing. Only 1 TV box. Need corrected as having installation this Saturday, 11/7/20. Can anybody help?
