New Home Construction - CS Says Address Not Serviceable
My name is Kyle and I am an existing Xfinity customer. I am getting ready to move into a new build single-family home. I tried to move my service via the automated online system, but the address is not pulling up. I have called customer service several times to no avail and they tell me that the address is not serviceable. Many others in the neighborhood tell me that they use Xfinity and there is even an Xfinity box that is already installed on the house (it says Xfinity right on it). I feel like I am getting nowhere with this and nobody has been able to help so far. Can someone please guide me to the right person to get this fixed?
Edit: The home is in the Southshore Community in Aurora, CO 80016.
