New Construction

I called and spoke with someone about getting service to new construction. They said they would have someone call about setting up an appointment. You service someone else on the corner of the road so I know you service the area, but I got an email a few days later saying you don't service the area and never got a call back. Please help. I can't get past your impossible robot message system again.

It could potentially be too far away from plant (our infrastructure), and there may be other reasons, but feel free to private message me the address and we'll take a look at where the ticket ended up.
