New Construction - can't get an answer

Hi there. I'm writing on behalf of my client who is trying to get internet set up and can't seem to get an answer. She needs internet. Who can I talk to who is in charge of new construction? The home is ready to go and there are other units in the development who has internet. She works from home and can't move in until this happens. It's been over 2 weeks and I'm very frustrated by the lack of communication. Everyone seems to just be passing her around. Who can I talk to?

What’s been 2 weeks? Site surveys and any resulting construction may take awhile depending on circumstances. It’s been escalated to an Official Employee, not sure if it will matter that you aren’t the account holder

It's been two weeks since we have been contacting them. According to the developer, they've done everything on their side and the building beside them has internet connected. No one can give us an answer.

@emilylydian  has anyone issued you a ticket number? PM me and provide me the address and I'll look into the status.
