New Account with no confirmation order number
Hello I just joined today and new to xfinity and signed up for an internet provider service. However, I have not received any confirmation email or order number that it actually went through and created. Is there a way to get an order/confirmation number? Thank you.

same issue. just renewed my contract but didnt get an order confirmation stating speed, price etc.
