I have a ticket # for a servicability request in Naples Florida that I opened several weeks ago but with no answer yet. The house is newly built in a community serviced by Comcast. I emailed the Certificate of Occupancy to a comcast representative last week but can not get a repsonse. Please advise who can help with this issue?
